Stratechia

From insight to ironclad alignment.

Teams rarely fail for lack of ideas. They fail by solving the wrong problem. Every workshop runs on a three-part method built to prevent that, and the middle step makes the difference.

The Method

Painstorm. Framestorm. Brainstorm.

01

Painstorm

Surface the real pain.

We start by getting every pain point on the wall, seen from the customer's or partner's side of the table, not yours. Nothing gets solved yet. The goal is a shared, unfiltered picture of what's actually broken.

02

Framestorm

Find the right question.

This is where most strategy work goes wrong, and where ours is different. The team reframes the pain into a few sharp, answerable challenges. Get the frame right and the solutions come easier. Get it wrong and no amount of brainstorming will save you.

03

Brainstorm

Solve it together.

Only now do we generate solutions, fast and wide, with AI in the room as a working tool. Then the team chooses what to do, what not to do, and who owns what over the next 90 days.

Alignment isn't a separate step. It comes from the same people doing all three, in the same room.

"We needed a process to get our entire C-suite aligned on a top-level company strategy, and the Playing to Win one-day sprint did the trick!"

— Dan Adika, CEO

"These Lean Process sessions made it clear that our process was from our perspective, versus how the customer buys. This engagement helped us see the pain from their POV, which is the great thing about Lean."

— Dustin Deno, SVP, Global Sales

Origins

Methodology Lineage

None of the frameworks inside our workshops are new: Playing to Win, Design Thinking, Jobs-To-Be-Done, kaizen. What's new is the lens. Well-worn ideas like strategy, value, and experimentation take on new meaning when viewed through subtraction and simplicity.

And the powerful frameworks we use to operationalize these principles aren't just abstract concepts. They're practical techniques we learned firsthand from the creators themselves — and then spent years pressure-testing with real companies.

What we bring to the table is the integration — and the field experience to know what works under pressure on the frontlines of business and competition.
