Introducing the Stratechia
Strategic Innovation System
Commercial Creativity
A Unified Framework for Driving Growth
The Strategic Innovation System (S.I.S.) is a total innovation management framework designed to repeatedly and consistently guide creative concepts from inception to launch. It features a proven process and powerful toolkit that enables any business to realize sustainable success from innovation initiatives and investments.
Installed as a holistic operating system, the S.I.S. builds creative capability and confidence, which in turn provides a strong foundation for a companywide culture of innovation.
The SIS model can be visualized as three tightly integrated, constantly turning gears that we call the “3Gs”:
Governance, Generation, and Go-to-Market.

GOVERNANCE
The GOVERNANCE gear is focused on strategic alignment. It has 3 key elements:
- Portfolio Focus
- Pipeline Mix
- Dashboard Metrics

GENERATION
The GENERATION gear is focused on the creative process. It has 3 key elements:
- User Insight
- Solution Design
- Concept Proof

GO-TO-MARKET
The GO-TO-MARKET gear is focused on value delivery. It has 3 key elements:
- Business Model
- Flight Plan
- Retention Strategy

WEAK IDEAS
Is there a free flowing pipeline of promising creative concepts?
